This American Pale Ale offers a contemporary, velvety sensory experience, deviating from traditional dryness with a focus on lush, fruit-forward notes. The interplay of Motueka, Riwaka, and Solero hops delivers a moderate to high intensity of ripe peach, lime, and tropical fruit. A sophisticated grist featuring three varieties of oats, combined with lactose, creates a soft, creamy texture that dominates the palate. The initial impression is one of delicate sweetness and stone fruit, supported by a gentle, doughy malt backbone. With its low bitterness and rounded finish, this beer prioritizes a smooth, fruit-forward profile while maintaining classic drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold (5-7 SRM). Large, creamy white head with excellent retention and lacing. Slightly hazy due to the high protein content from the oats and the addition of lactose.

Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring ripe peach, passionfruit, and a hint of zesty lime from Motueka and Riwaka hops. A subtle, milky sweetness and doughy, grainy malt scent arise from the oats and lactose. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial flavors of stone fruit and sweet cream. Prominent peach and apricot notes from the Solero hops. Low bitterness for the style allows the soft, bready malt and lactose sweetness to lead the balance. The finish is rounded and smooth with a lingering, clean fruitiness rather than a sharp hop bite.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably silky, creamy texture derived from the complex oat grist and lactose. Moderate carbonation. Negligible alcohol warmth. No detectable astringency.
