The palate is defined by a mellow peach sweetness that transitions into a sharp, refreshing acidity, providing a crisp zing. Appearance. Pale gold (SRM 3-4) with a soft, persistent haze. Pours with a moderate white head that shows fair retention for a sour style, leaving light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring prominent notes of fresh, fleshy peach and nectarine. Underlying hints of lemon-like lactic acidity and a very low, clean bready malt character are present. No detectable hop aroma.

Taste. The initial impression is a sharp, refreshing tartness followed immediately by luscious stone fruit flavors. The peach character is juicy and dominant, balanced by a clean lactic sourness. Minimal hop bitterness and low cracker-like malt presence allow the fruit to shine. The finish is dry, tart, and crisp with a lingering peach ester.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with a smooth yet crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. Zero alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
