This American IPA is a vibrant showcase of New Zealand terroir, delivering an invigorating sensory journey. The aroma is dominated by the complex interplay of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, offering distinct notes of crushed gooseberry and zesty tangerine. As the palate unfolds, the addition of Superdelic hops introduces a lush layer of tropical passionfruit and ripe berry. A clean, grainy malt base provides a lean foundation, allowing the firm bitterness to remain crisp without becoming harsh. The experience concludes with a dry, refreshing finish that emphasizes its lively, juicy character and the innovative hop profiles of the Southern Hemisphere.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant medium gold with a slight, inviting haze. Topped by a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white wine-like gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, bright tangerine zest from Motueka, and a tropical passionfruit and berry undertone from Superdelic. A low, clean, crackery maltiness supports the fruit.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical and citrus flavors, mirroring the aroma with passionfruit and tangerine. Medium-high bitterness is clean and well-integrated. A low, grainy malt character supports the hops through the mid-palate. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, pleasant hoppy aftertaste of berry and lime.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel that enhances the beer's invigorating quality. Features a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
