This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, sun-drenched expression of tropical fruit. Dominated by the aroma of luscious, freshly sliced mango, it opens with a deceptive hint of sweetness before transitioning into a sharp, refreshing lactic tartness. The pour reveals a brilliant golden hue with a slight fruit-induced haze. On the palate, the mango provides a fleshy, juice-forward depth that balances the zesty acidity. Despite its puckering finish, the beer maintains a velvety, smooth texture that softens the crisp carbonation, resulting in a complex yet highly sessionable tropical escape that perfectly balances its juicy character with a clean, acidic backbone.

Appearance. Vibrant, deep golden hue with a slight haze from fruit solids; produces a thin, white, fine-beaded head with moderate to poor retention, which is typical for acidic styles.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant and primary aroma of ripe, juicy mango pulp. Supported by a clean, sharp lactic sourness and very low bready malt. No hop aroma or significant wild funk is present, focusing entirely on fruit purity.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet mango nectar quickly gives way to a prominent, mouth-puckering lactic acidity. The flavor of fleshy, ripe mango is well-defined and authentic. Bitterness is absent, and the fermentation is clean. The finish is very dry and tangy with a lingering tropical fruit skin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a notable velvety, smooth creaminess that provides a rounded mouth-coating sensation. Moderate carbonation; no alcohol warmth; refreshing and crisp with no perceptible astringency.
