This vibrant Gose offers an exceptionally refreshing experience, characterized by a bright, thirst-quenching acidity and a delicate salty twang. The aroma is a citrus-forward medley of lemon and lime, driven by the classic addition of coriander and an inventive hop pairing. Traditional Saaz provides a subtle earthy grounding, while New Zealand Wakatu hops contribute a modern zesty flair that amplifies the beer’s fruit-led profile. Built on a foundation of soft wheat, the palate balances a bready malt sweetness with a crisp, dry finish. It is a sessionable, effervescent ale where historical German tradition meets contemporary brewing creativity.

Appearance. Medium yellow with a persistent, moderate to tall white head of tight bubbles. Exhibits a characteristic wheat haze and high effervescence.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring dominant citrus aromas of fresh lime and lemon zest from coriander and Wakatu hops. Low bready malt and a clean, lactic tartness are complemented by a hint of herbal spice from Saaz hops and a clean, mineral sea-salt note.

Taste. Initial impression of sharp, refreshing lactic acidity followed by a soft, doughy wheat malt flavor. Significant citrus notes of lime and lemon dominate the mid-palate. Bitterness is very low, as the crisp acidity provides the primary balance. A subtle but distinct salty twang rounds out the finish, which is bone-dry and highly refreshing.
