On the palate, the 16.9% ABV provides a deep, integrated warmth that carries flavors of dark raisins, prunes, and caramel. Appearance. Deep amber to mahogany (SRM 18-24); brilliant clarity; completely still with no head or lacing; significant legs and high viscosity visible on the glass.
