Wonder is a quintessential Czech Premium Pale Lager that showcases the elegance of traditional ingredients. The sensory profile is anchored by the use of Moravian floor-malted barley, which provides a deep, complex bready malt foundation. This is beautifully contrasted by a prominent floral and herbal bouquet derived from the addition of Žatecký hops. On the palate, the beer presents a firm but rounded bitterness that never becomes harsh, harmonizing with the rustic grain sweetness. The experience concludes with a long, clean finish and a remarkably soft mouthfeel, staying true to the classic bright and refreshing character of a Bohemian lager.

Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, creamy white head with excellent retention and intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a rich, bready-sweet malt character. The hop profile is assertive, displaying spicy, floral, and herbal notes from the Žatecký variety. Fermentation is clean with no perceptible diacetyl or fruity esters.

Taste. Initial bready malt richness is met by a pronounced yet soft bitterness. The flavor profile highlights spicy herbal hops and toasted grain. Bitterness is prominent but well-rounded, leading to a balanced finish that is neither bone-dry nor cloyingly sweet.
