Sunbath is a modern Cold IPA that delivers an exceptionally crisp and lean profile through the use of rice and a clean lager yeast fermentation. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense hop bouquet driven by Sabro, Sabro Incognito, Sabro Cryo, and Talus. Expect a vibrant explosion of creamy coconut, ripe pineapple, and zesty pink grapefruit, layered with subtle hints of cedar and sage. The pale, brilliant body provides a neutral canvas for these New World hop varieties to shine, leading into a sharply bitter and bone-dry finish characteristic of the American IPA style. It is a refreshing, hop-forward showcase of tropical complexity and technical precision.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, snow-white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves fine, soapy lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, tropical pineapple, and pink grapefruit from the Talus and Sabro hops. Underlying hints of cedar and rose petals are present. The malt character is very low and neutral, providing a clean, cracker-like backdrop with no fermentation esters or phenols.

Taste. A punchy, hop-forward initial impression defined by tropical fruit and citrus. Flavors of coconut and citrus zest dominate the mid-palate. The malt flavor is very low, appearing as a faint, clean graininess due to the rice adjunct. Bitterness is firm and assertive (approx. 50-60 IBU), lingering into a very dry, crisp, and clean finish with a resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. Alcohol warmth is very smooth and barely perceptible. No astringency or harshness despite the high hopping rate.
