This session-strength Classic Style Smoked Beer offers an exceptionally refreshing profile, defined by its 100% wheat malt bill smoked over oak. The sensory experience is led by a clean, elegant oak smoke that avoids any harshness, paired with the herbal and spicy nuances of the Polish Tomyski hops. At a sessionable 3% ABV, it presents a lean, highly attenuated body with a bone-dry finish. The interplay between the gentle smoke and a surprisingly distinct bitterness makes for a crisp, effervescent, and highly drinkable interpretation of a traditional smoked wheat ale.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 2–3). Brilliant clarity with high carbonation producing a voluminous, persistent snowy-white head and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring clean, refined oak smoke with hints of campfire and sun-dried wood. Complemented by low bready wheat notes and a distinct herbal, slightly floral hop character from the Tomyski variety.
Taste. Crisp and immediate oak smoke flavors balanced against a light, crackery wheat backdrop. A prominent but clean hop bitterness emerges mid-palate, leading to a bone-dry, refreshing finish. No phenolic or acrid smoke notes; fermentation is very clean.
Mouthfeel. Very light, lean body with high, prickly carbonation that enhances the refreshing quality. Zero alcohol warmth and no astringency.
