Moon Creedo is a quintessential Hazy IPA that emphasizes a lush, fruit-forward sensory profile. The aroma is defined by an intensive dry-hop addition of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Rakau, which project a vibrant bouquet of tropical mango, zesty orange, and ripe orchard stone fruits. A deliberate touch of Chinook in the kettle provides a supportive layer of resinous pine and grapefruit. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally smooth, delivering a wave of juicy fruit flavors against a soft, bready malt backdrop. Its opaque appearance and pillowy texture lead to a clean, off-dry finish with a restrained, integrated bitterness.

Appearance. Color is deep straw to light gold (5 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Topped with a dense, white, meringue-like head that shows high retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, blueberry, and papaya (Mosaic), bright orange citrus (Amarillo), and peach (Rakau). A subtle resinous and spicy pine note (Chinook) sits in the background. Malt is low and bready-sweet, with a clean fermentation profile and no harsh grassy or herbal notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus dominate the initial impression. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is smooth and never sharp. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, grainy base. Finishes off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste and minimal hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth, rounded texture without any acidic twang or astringency. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
