This award-winning German Pils presents a masterclass in balance, leaning into the classic interplay between Continental malts and noble hops. Clean, bready malt notes provide a rounded foundation of toasted cracker and fresh dough, which is immediately sharpened by the herbal and spicy elegance of Saaz hops. The mouthfeel is exceptionally crisp and refreshing, designed for high drinkability in any season. A firm but refined bitterness defines the mid-palate, leading into a bone-dry, snappy finish. This gold-medal lager captures a sophisticated harmony where the floral hop perfume and grainy malt sweetness coexist with crystalline clarity and a refreshing, minerally snap.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM), brilliant clarity, with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent flowery, spicy, and herbal Saaz hop character. Underpinned by low to medium grainy, doughy, and toasted cracker malt notes with a hint of honey. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. Initial grainy malt flavors are quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and spicy hop flavors. The balance is decidedly bitter but supported by a bready malt backbone. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a touch of flinty minerality.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation that provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Very clean and crisp with no alcohol warmth and a smooth, non-astringent texture.
