This Hazy IPA offers a bright, tropical profile defined by a unique pairing of Talus and Zappa hops. The Talus contribution provides a delicate nuance of coconut and soft wood, while the Zappa variety introduces vibrant passion fruit, cooling mint, and a touch of pine resin. Fresh citrus juice and a subtle pithy bitterness underscore the fruit-forward character. A base of pale malts supports the intense hop expression without adding toast, resulting in a juicy experience. Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 3-5). Opaque haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.
