Taste. Immediate, clean lactic sourness that is bright and sharp. The mid-palate reveals a grainy, bready wheat flavor that supports the additions of savory basil and tart lemon. Bitterness is undetectable; the sourness and herbal character provide the balance. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering botanical freshness.
Mouthfeel. Light body, but not thin or watery. High carbonation provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Very low alcohol warmth. Sharp, crisp acidity that cleanses the palate.
