Le nom de notre brasserie est Mont-Royal en latin. C’est aussi de là dont vient le nom de notre région, la Montérégie.
MonsRegius, une brasserie fièrement indépendante, est un projet d’entreprise familiale conçu par le couple épicurien formé de Véronique Givois et de Martin L’Allier.
Notre spécialité: composer des bières créatives et savoureuses en revisitant les archétypes brassicoles traditionnels, pour s’y appuyer et les réinventer.

Mot du brasseur
La lecture de ce texte bien connu de Proust, alors que j’étais dans une période où je réfléchissais sur ce qui avait le plus d’importance dans ma vie, m’a amené à me questionner sur les sensations. Gourmand et gourmet, j’ai toujours apprécié le bien boire en accompagnement des mets, du plus simple plat de tous les jours à la gastronomie la plus fine. Par la suite, j’ai voulu trouver et partager cette quête avec celles et ceux que j’aime, cela me mena de lectures en formations sur l’appréciation des vins, puis des bières. Du connaître, j’ai voulu passer au faire. Et voilà où nous en sommes.
Ce qui compte le plus, pour nous chez MonsRegius bières artisanales, ce n’est pas notre modeste fermentorium et ses cuves en inox, c’est la qualité de nos produits, leur richesse aromatique et gustative ainsi que l’expérience que vous vivrez en dégustant nos produits.
