On the palate, the stone fruit character is expressed as a bright, tangy acidity, while the lavender provides a botanical structure that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Effervescent and refreshing, it balances the sharpness of lactic acidity with the softening influence of apricot skin and floral oils, creating a multi-layered sensory experience that emphasizes yeast-driven complexity and botanical elegance.
Appearance. Hazy, pale amber with a soft orange glow from the apricot; pours with a thin, white, fizzy head that recedes quickly to a light collar with minimal lacing.
