On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base provides a lean stage for the high bitterness to shine without harshness. Tropical and stone fruit flavors saturate the mouth, finishing dry and crisp. At 8.6% ABV, a smooth, refined alcohol warmth supports the hop-saturated profile, embodying a modern, fruit-forward interpretation of the Double IPA style.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head. While modern dry-hopping imparts a soft haze, it maintains the overall brightness expected of the style.
