This Double IPA showcases the intense tropicality of Galaxy hops through a double dry-hopped lens. It presents a powerful sensory profile dominated by passionfruit, citrus, and peach notes characteristic of the hop variety. A lean malt bill provides a neutral foundation, allowing the hop-derived resins and fruit esters to lead the experience. At 8.3% ABV, the beer exhibits a clean, smooth alcohol presence that complements the moderately high bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper color (7-10 SRM). Displays good clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
