This potent Double IPA from Monkish delivers an explosive sensory experience, saturated with heavy additions of Citra and Galaxy hops. It pours a hazy, glowing gold, releasing intense aromas of overripe peach, passion fruit, and bright tangerine. The palate is a lush landscape of tropical fruit and citrus zest, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that masks its significant strength. A firm but smooth bitterness balances the saturated hop oils, while the finish is remarkably clean with a lingering resinous hum. Monkish’s signature fermentation character adds a subtle ester depth, perfectly framing the massive hop profile of this powerful ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a thick, persistent, creamy white head. Displays significant hazy turbidity characteristic of modern dry-hopping techniques with excellent lacing.
