This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic glow, delivering an intense, multifaceted hop bouquet driven by a double dry-hopping of Enigma and Simcoe. The aroma leads with ripe passion fruit and white grape notes, underscored by a subtle, dank pine resin. On the palate, the experience is profoundly juicy, showcasing layers of tropical mango and zesty grapefruit. A soft, pillowy texture defines the mouthfeel, supported by a neutral, bready malt base that allows the hops to shine without overwhelming bitterness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of mixed berries and citrus zest.

Appearance. Hazy to opaque straw-gold (4-6 SRM) with a vibrant, luminous quality. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick patches of lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant notes of tropical passion fruit, melon, and white wine grapes are complemented by citrusy grapefruit and a touch of forest pine. The malt is subtle and bready, while the fermentation character is clean with light stone fruit esters that harmonize with the hop profile.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of tropical juice. High hop flavor features mango, red berry, and citrus pith. The malt provides a soft, crackery backbone.
