Liquid Flows presents an intense sensory experience defined by the masterful use of Nelson Sauvin hops. This Double IPA radiates a bold aroma of crushed white wine grapes, fresh gooseberries, and subtle passion fruit, characteristic of high-quality New World hops. The sensory journey continues with a complex interplay of tropical fruit and a resinous undercurrent, supported by a clean, neutral malt profile that ensures the hop character remains the focus. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a firm bitterness and a dry, lingering finish. This expression showcases the signature vibrancy of the Nelson Sauvin variety within a powerful yet balanced framework.

Appearance. Light orange-copper with a slight, persistent haze. Features a moderate-sized, creamy white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by New World Nelson Sauvin characteristics, specifically white grape, gooseberry, and tropical melon. Supportive, clean, neutral grain maltiness in the background with a very light fruity fermentation profile and a hint of clean alcohol.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of crushed grapes and passion fruit. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth, avoiding harshness. Low, supportive malt character provides a clean canvas. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy, resinous aftertaste.
