Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Nelson Sauvin's white wine, passionfruit, and subtle diesel notes, intertwined with Citra's heavy citrus, peach, and lychee. A supportive, clean, neutral to grainy maltiness is found in the background with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of white grape, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Bitterness is firm and high but remains smooth and lacks harshness. Low, clean, soft malt character provides a grainy foundation. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste and no heavy residual sweetness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
