Joint Force Kobra is a quintessential Hazy IPA, showcasing the pillowy softness and saturated hop character defining the Monkish house style. This double dry-hopped offering utilizes a blend of Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe hops to create a vivid sensory experience. The nose is greeted by an explosive bouquet of lime zest and tropical mango, while the palate delivers a lush wave of passionfruit and bright grapefruit. A delicate thread of resinous pine from the Simcoe adds depth to the fruit-forward profile. Appearance. Pours a pale gold to light orange with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous quality. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and heavy lacing.
