Feeding Pigeons is a vibrant Double IPA defined by an aggressive double dry-hop addition of Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo, and Galaxy. The sensory experience begins with a high-intensity aroma of crushed white grapes, passion fruit, and zesty orange. On the palate, the vinous qualities of Nelson Sauvin and the tropical punch of Galaxy are supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. A firm bitterness cleanses the palate, leading to a dry and resinous finish. This 8.2% ale balances its strength with a smooth mouthfeel and an exceptionally bright fruit profile, showcasing the complex interplay of modern New World hops.
Appearance. Deep gold with a persistent, creamy white head and moderate lacing; shows a characteristic soft haze from the intensive double dry-hopping.
