This Double IPA radiates an intense hop-forward complexity, driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe. The aroma and flavor profiles are dominated by high-intensity tropical notes of passionfruit and peach from the Galaxy hops, layered with the distinctive white wine grape and crushed gooseberry essence of Nelson Sauvin. Simcoe provides a grounding pine and earthy resin backdrop. Despite the high alcohol content, the beer maintains high drinkability with a soft, pillowy texture typical of modern interpretations. The finish is dry but saturated with lingering hop oils, showcasing a masterful balance of fruit-forward saturation and firm bitterness.

Appearance. Hazy, pale gold to light orange color (7-9 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passionfruit, mango, and peach. Distinctive Nelson Sauvin notes of white wine grape and gooseberry are clear, alongside a resinous Simcoe pine character. Low neutral malt in the background; no significant esters.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors reflecting tropical fruit, citrus, and crushed grapes. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but smooth. A light, clean malt profile supports the hops without being sweet. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, lacking any harshness or astringency.
