Another Sunrise is a masterfully crafted Hazy IPA that exemplifies the Monkish house style of pillowy softness and saturated hop expression. The aroma is an intense bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus, driven by a blend of Citra and Centennial, offering layers of grapefruit and lemon zest. The inclusion of Anchovy hops provides a unique twist, contributing distinctive notes of ripe watermelon and red berries. On the palate, the experience is juicy and vibrant with a bready, wheaty malt base that supports a low but firm bitterness. It finishes clean and soft with a lingering fruity resonance and exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a luminous shine. Persistent, thick, meringue-like white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical mango, grapefruit pith, and lemon peel. Distinctive sweet watermelon and raspberry notes emerge alongside a soft, bready, and lightly grainy malt background. Esters are supportive, leaning toward stone fruit.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma: citrus, tropical fruit, and red berry candy. Low to medium-low bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. Malt flavor is low and bready. The finish is off-dry and juicy without being cloying.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop burn.
