Mond Rubia is a delicate Kölsch that captures the essence of a top-fermented ale with the clean profile of a lager. Appearance. Medium yellow to light gold (approx. 4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a delicate, fine-textured white head that shows moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma with hints of fresh bread. Prominent yet delicate fruit esters suggesting green apple and pear. Low floral hop character provides a refreshing top note. Clean fermentation profile with no sulfur or diacetyl.
