Just In Time captures the essence of a traditional Märzen, pouring a brilliant amber-orange with a persistent off-white foam. The aroma is defined by an elegant, rich maltiness, showcasing deep bready and light toasty notes characteristic of high-quality Munich malt. This festival lager presents a complex palate of bread crust and soft malt richness, expertly balanced by a restrained bitterness and a clean lager fermentation character.
