This Hazy IPA presents an intense sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed dry-hopping of Nelson Sauvin and Citra. The aromatic landscape is dominated by vibrant passionfruit, crushed gooseberry, and bright citrus lime, underpinned by the fruity esters of London III yeast. On the palate, the hop intensity delivers layers of tropical mango and white wine-like nuances, balanced by a restrained bitterness.
