Perfect Time is a vibrant West Coast IPA that masterfully balances a complex hop profile against a clean, lean malt backbone. The synergistic use of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo delivers punchy notes of mixed berries and tropical mango, while Citra adds bright layers of pink grapefruit and lemon zest. Nelson Cryo introduces a sophisticated touch of white grape and crushed gooseberry, complemented by the resinous dankness and stone fruit depth provided by Strata and Krush. This ale finishes crisp and dry, allowing the aggressive bitterness and multifaceted hop oils to linger with refreshing clarity and precision.

Appearance. Pours a clear, brilliant deep gold with a medium-sized, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus zest, tropical mango, and distinct berry notes. Secondary layers of resinous pine, dank herbs, and crushed white grapes are supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence. Fermentation is neutral and clean.

Taste. An immediate hit of assertive hop bitterness is followed by complex flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit, and blueberry. A subtle, dry cracker-like maltiness provides a platform for the intense hop character to shine. The mid-palate reveals resinous and dank qualities with a hint of stone fruit. The finish is very dry and crisp, with a lingering, clean bitterness and hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. Alcohol provides a very light, smooth warmth without any harshness or astringency.
