Aroma. High intensity hop-derived aromas of pink grapefruit, pine resin, and light mango. The malt profile is low and clean, offering a faint bready or grainy sweetness that serves as a neutral backdrop. Fermentation character is exceptionally clean with no significant esters.
Taste. The initial impression is one of firm, assertive hop bitterness. Mid-palate flavors include orange peel, resin, and a touch of peppery spice. The malt presence is low, contributing a thin layer of toasted bread and pale grain. Bitterness is medium-high, around 55 IBU, lingering into a dry, clean finish with a persistent hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, creating a lively mouthfeel. No astringency is present, though a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is perceptible.
