Prince Among Thieves is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the singular, complex profile of Nelson Sauvin hops. This expression leads with a pungent, wine-like elegance, offering distinct notes of crushed white grapes, gooseberry, and a touch of passionfruit. Underneath the bold hop character, a lean malt backbone provides a clean canvas without distracting from the hop intensity. Despite its 8.5% strength, the finish remains remarkably dry and crisp, typical of the style, ensuring high drinkability. The signature Nelson Sauvin character provides a refined bitterness that lingers with a sophisticated, fruit-forward resinous quality and a hint of tropical melon.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing and a creamy texture.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Nelson Sauvin characteristics of crushed white wine grapes, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Supported by a low, neutral, grainy malt presence and a lightly fruity fermentation profile. Alcohol is present but smooth and non-solventy.
