Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and completely opaque. A thin, dark tan head forms with moderate retention, leaving oily legs on the glass as it recedes.
Aroma. High intensity; a rich blend of freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and maraschino cherry. Bourbon barrel aging contributes strong notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel, while graham cracker crumbs provide a subtle honeyed-cinnamon malt sweetness.
Taste. Initial impression is intensely sweet and dessert-like, dominated by sweet cherry and vanilla. The mid-palate reveals complex layers of roasty Black House Blend Coffee and bittersweet chocolate. Graham cracker additions create a distinct pie crust malt flavor.
