Moczybroda Hoppy Hoparoo is a refreshing New Zealand Pilsner that brilliantly showcases the Southern Hemisphere’s unique hop profile. A crisp malt base of bready Pilsner malt provides a subtle, crackery foundation for the expressive hop duo of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. High-intensity aromatics lead with crushed gooseberry, passionfruit, and a distinct white wine-like character, complemented by the zesty, fresh lime notes typical of Motueka. On the palate, a clean, neutral fermentation allows the tropical and citrus flavors to shine before concluding with a smooth, firm bitterness.
