A vibrant bouquet of citrusy lemons and sweet oranges mingles with subtle spicy-peppery phenols from the authentic yeast strain. Delicate honey-like and crackery Pils malt sweetness forms a smooth foundation, balancing the assertive, slightly bitter, and stubbornly crisp finish. Clean and mature, this gold-hued ale delivers a dry, refreshing experience that balances soft, perfumy alcohol with a classic European earthy hop presence, showcasing a distinctive and independent personality.
Appearance. Deep gold color with brilliant clarity. Supports a large, dense, and creamy off-white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves thick Belgian lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate grainy-sweet and crackery malt aroma with a faint honey-like sweetness. Prominent yeast-derived esters of orange and lemon peel are balanced by low, spicy-peppery phenols. Earthy and herbal continental hop notes linger in the background alongside a very soft, perfumy alcohol presence.
