This refreshing Witbier evokes the clarity of water with its pale straw hue and characteristic milky cloudiness. A prominent sensory profile of zesty Mexican orange peel leads the charge, complemented by the perfumy, herbal spice of coriander. The bready, grainy character of unmalted wheat provides a soft foundation, accented by subtle notes of honey.
