Be Adorable is a vibrant and highly drinkable Session IPA that emphasizes a refreshing hop-forward profile despite its low alcohol content. Appearance. Pale gold to medium gold (5-8 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, white, persistent head that leaves fine lacing. Clarity is generally clear with a very slight, modern hop haze.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent scents of citrus zest and fresh grapefruit are layered over distinct herbaceous and floral hop notes. The malt character is low, presenting as clean, crackery, and grainy. Fermentation profile is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Hop-forward initial impression featuring flavors of lemon peel, orange, and resinous herbs. Bitterness is moderate to firm but well-integrated, supported by a light, toasted malt sweetness. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and no harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle on the tongue. There is zero alcohol warmth and no astringency.
