This Hazy IPA presents an opaque, glowing straw hue, immediately releasing an intense tropical bouquet. The selection of Cryo hops—specifically Ekuanot, Azacca, and Citra—delivers a layered profile of mango, papaya, and zesty lime. On the palate, the inclusion of wheat malt, oat malt, and flaked oats creates a remarkably soft, pillowy texture that carries the massive hop saturation without harshness. While the hop character is dominant, a background of bready barley malt provides a subtle foundation. The finish is smooth and off-dry, characterized by a lingering citrus brightness and a gentle, integrated bitterness that defines this modern, juice-forward ale.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an opaque, luminous haze. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by tropical fruits like mango and pineapple from the Azacca and citrus notes of grapefruit from the Citra, alongside a subtle melon touch from Ekuanot. Low bready and grainy malt character; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Explodes with flavors of tropical stone fruit and citrus. The malt provides a neutral, slightly bready support. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-masked by the substantial body. Finishes soft and off-dry with a clean, fruity aftertaste devoid of hop burn.
