This refreshing American Lager presents a clean, approachable profile driven by premium German ingredients. The aromatic profile is defined by a light, floral touch from Hallertau hops, resting upon a delicate, grainy-sweet foundation provided by Heidelberg and Bamberg malts. Fermented with a classic Bavarian lager yeast, the character is exceptionally neutral and crisp, leading to a dry, thirst-quenching finish. It balances a subtle malt sweetness with a soft, restrained bitterness, making it an effortlessly drinkable and moreish pint that highlights high-quality traditional materials within a highly-attenuated, light-bodied framework.
Appearance. Very pale straw color (2 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has moderate to low persistence.
Aroma. Low intensity aroma featuring a clean, grainy-sweet malt character and a light floral or spicy hop presence. Fermentation is very clean with no perceptible esters or diacetyl.
