This collaboration yields an aromatic profile defined by a spicy interplay of black pepper yeast phenols and a bright, floral hop character. The presence of wheat contributes a subtle grainy sweetness and a soft texture that balances the beer’s assertive, crisp bitterness. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3–4 SRM) with a persistent, dense, rocky white head and excellent Belgian lacing. Unfiltered and slightly hazy due to the wheat content.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a mix of peppery yeast phenols and citrusy, floral hops. A lean, grainy malt aroma is present, reminiscent of fresh crackers or raw wheat, with no detectable alcohol.
Taste. The initial impression is crisp and dry, followed by moderate cereal malt flavors and a spicy, peppery yeast character. Hop flavors are moderate, leaning toward earthy and floral notes.
