This formidable Double IPA presents an intense sensory experience driven by a massive hop profile featuring Cryo Citra, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. On the nose, it erupts with concentrated citrus zest, resinous pine, and ripe stone fruit. The palate follows with a luscious, velvety texture and a distinct sweetness that tempers the assertive bitterness. Layers of tropical passionfruit and tangerine from the Cryo Citra meld with the earthy, apricot-like depths of Idaho 7, all supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. While it remains smooth, the elevated strength provides a warming finish, making it a powerful expression of modern American hopping.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with good clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop intensity showcasing grapefruit, mango, and resinous pine from the Simcoe and Cryo Citra. Substantial stone fruit and floral notes from Idaho 7. A supportive, neutral, and slightly bready malt character sits in the background with a noticeable but clean alcohol sweetness.
