Arezzo is a vibrant West Coast Double IPA that leads with a punchy aromatic profile of fresh orange zest and sticky pine resin. Its brilliant golden body supports a high, clean bitterness that defines the style, cutting through a light, cracker-like malt backbone. The palate is dominated by bright citrus notes and a deep, resinous hop character that lingers long into the crisp, dry finish. At 8% ABV, a smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, enhancing the beer’s intensity without sacrificing its high drinkability. This is a classic, hop-forward powerhouse focused on citrus brightness and a firm, persistent bitter edge.

Appearance. Deep gold color (approx. 7 SRM) with excellent clarity. Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves distinct lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy notes of citrus peel, specifically orange, intertwined with a sharp resinous and piney quality. A low, clean, neutral grainy malt scent sits in the background, complemented by a very light, smooth alcohol note and subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of bright orange and citrus hop flavor followed immediately by a high, resinous bitterness. Malt character is low and unobtrusive, providing just enough soft, bready support for the hops. Finishes very dry and clean with a long-lasting, hoppy, and firmly bitter aftertaste. No harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop resins. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp bite. A restrained, pleasant alcohol warmth is noticeable but smooth.
