Appearance. Deep golden color (7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, dense white head that exhibits good persistence and leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest and pungent pine resin. Low, clean, grainy malt notes provide a neutral background. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial citrus and resinous hop flavors transition into a medium-high to high bitterness. Clean, grainy malt flavors are low, allowing the hops to dominate. Finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste. No harshness or astringency present.
