MIRAGE

MIRAGE White Satin is a vivid American IPA that masterfully balances classic West Coast structure with a modern, southern-hemisphere hop punch. Poured clear and golden, it erupts with an intense aromatic profile driven by Nectaron, Vic Secret, and Riwaka Cryo. Expect a saturated sensory experience of crushed passion fruit, ripe peach, and zesty pink grapefruit, underscored by a subtle resinous pine. The palate is defined by a crisp, lean malt base that allows the high bitterness to shine through cleanly, finishing bone-dry. The use of cryo hops ensures a concentrated, bright fruit character without excessive vegetal drag, resulting in a refreshing yet potent expression of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent tropical and stone fruit notes of passion fruit and nectarine. Intense citrus zest and a hint of dank resin. Very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt support. Clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, clean hop bitterness. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a pale cracker-like foundation. Dominant hop flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and stone fruit persist into a long, bitter aftertaste. High bitterness is well-integrated. Finish is very dry and crisp.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. Moderate to high carbonation provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but not distracting. Smooth texture with no hop astringency.
