Cervecería Minerva

This vibrant Hazy IPA pours a striking turbid yellow with orange highlights, immediately releasing a high-intensity bouquet of tropical fruit. Dominated by lush mango and tart passion fruit, the profile is layered with bright orange zest and succulent peach. The palate is refreshingly juicy, leading with a concentrated mango sweetness that finds harmony through a gentle acidic snap and a restrained, soft bitterness. Inspired by the landscapes of Chiapas, it offers a lush, smooth experience where the expressive fruit-forward hops remain the focal point, finishing clean with a lingering suggestion of tropical nectar and stone fruit.

Appearance. Deep yellow with distinct orange hues (5–6 SRM). It features a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention. The beer is opaque and hazy, displaying a luminous shine characteristic of the style without visible yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango and maracuyá (passion fruit). Secondary aromas of orange citrus and peach stone fruit are prominent. The malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready or grainy character, while fermentation esters are supportive and fruity.

Taste. Intensely fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, with a powerful initial impression of ripe mango. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a foundation for the juice-like character. Perceived bitterness is low-moderate (30 IBU), remaining soft and non-harsh. The finish is off-dry and fresh, balanced by a slight, refreshing acidity.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture and no hop-derived astringency. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol presence is well-integrated, providing a very light, pleasant warmth without any harshness.
