Appearance. Color is pale straw (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Frothy white head with surprisingly good retention and a creamy texture due to the use of high-density bubbles.

Aroma. Low intensity. Clean fermentation profile with faint grainy-sweet malt notes from the Spring barley. Very subtle, almost imperceptible, floral hop aroma. No esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Low grainy malt flavor with a touch of corn-like sweetness. Very low hop bitterness and floral hop flavor. Extremely clean fermentation with no yeast byproducts. Finishes dry and refreshing with a short, clean aftertaste.
