Milana Hop Time is an assertive Double IPA that showcases an intricate hop architecture. Dominated by a layered profile of Summit, Chinook, and Citra, it opens with high-intensity aromas of sharp citrus, pungent pine, and resinous spice. On the palate, a brief flash of clean malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, persistent bitterness. The finish is remarkably dry and clean for its 8.5% strength, a result of extensive hopping throughout the mash, boil, and double dry-hop stages. This balance emphasizes hop purity and high drinkability, leaving a lingering, vibrant trail of grapefruit and forest floor notes.

Appearance. Light orange-copper color (9 SRM) with good clarity and a faint haze from extensive dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent resin and spice from Chinook and Summit, complemented by bright grapefruit and tropical citrus from Citra. A neutral, grainy malt background supports the hops, alongside a very light fruity fermentation profile and a subtle, clean alcohol note.

Taste. Initial impression of soft malt sweetness rapidly transitions into a dry, high-bitterness experience. Intense hop flavors of pine, resin, and lemon zest dominate. The malt remains unobtrusive, providing a lean backbone. It finishes very dry with a lingering, clean, resinous bitterness and a touch of citrus oil.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop resins. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crispness that enhances the dry finish. A well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth is present but remains restrained.
