Aged hops contribute no bitterness, allowing the earthy, wood-derived tannins and vibrant cherry character to lead. This Fruit Lambic concludes with a bone-dry, highly effervescent finish and a lingering, acidic fruit pit aftertaste.

Appearance. Deep ruby to burgundy color (20-25 SRM). Features a thick, pink-tinted, rocky head with moderate to high retention and delicate lacing. Clarity is good despite the heavy fruit addition.
