This formidable Double IPA showcases an aggressive hop profile driven by Herkules, Warrior, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Columbus. A deep golden pour releases intense aromas of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and sun-ripened stone fruit. The robust grain bill, featuring Maris Otter and Munich malts, provides a rich, bready foundation with subtle honeyed notes from Cara-Munich. Flaked oats contribute a smooth, velvety texture that balances the assertive bitterness. On the palate, bold citrus and earthy spice lead into a clean, lingering bitter finish. Despite its high strength, the alcohol warmth is beautifully integrated, ensuring a deceptively drinkable experience.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (approx. 9-11 SRM). Excellent clarity with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by resinous pine, grapefruit, and floral notes from the Centennial and Simcoe. Subtle stone fruit and citrus zest from Amarillo and Columbus are supported by a toasted, biscuity malt backbone from Maris Otter and Munich malts.
