This American IPA is a masterclass in hop complexity, weaving nineteen different varieties into a singular sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by the resinous pine of Simcoe and the vibrant tropical fruit and grapefruit notes of Citra and Amarillo. Sorachi Ace adds a distinct herbal lemon-zest character that distinguishes the mid-palate. Subtle grainy malt provides a clean foundation for the firm bitterness of Warrior and Columbus, while delicate floral layers from Cascade and Centennial integrate with the earthy spice of Willamette and Tettnanger. It finishes decidedly dry and crisp, emphasizing a multifaceted lupulin profile that remains balanced despite its intensity.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (7 SRM) with excellent clarity and a slight brilliance. It supports a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of grapefruit, orange peel, and passionfruit, backed by significant notes of pine resin and a unique herbal, dill-like spice. Low grainy-sweet maltiness remains in the background. Fermentation is clean with no perceptible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and intensely flavored. Strong notes of citrus and tropical fruit transition into a resinous, forest-floor character. Moderate-high bitterness (approx. 65 IBU) is clean and assertive but not harsh. Low malt presence offers a hint of toasted cracker. The finish is very dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the heavy hopping. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle.
