The corn provides a distinctively smooth, cereal-like sweetness that complements the rich, bready, and toffee-forward malt backbone. Intense aromas of dried plums and marmalade intertwine with earthy, floral hop notes typical of the style. At 10.4% ABV, it presents a deep, warming character and a luscious, velvety texture. Aroma. High intensity of rich, bready malt and deep caramel. Distinct notes of sweet corn and cereal grains are prominent. Strong fruitiness suggests dried figs, raisins, and orange marmalade.
